  The window to provide domestic and overseas businesses with convenient and high-efficiency one-stop examination and approval service. concentrated acceptance and handing : now there are 38 departments having settled down, namely the departments of foreign economic cooperation, environmental protection, planning, industrial and commercial administration, construction,etc.., they accept and handle nearly 300 items of administrative permit and service related to the establishment and alteration of domestic and foreign invested companies, the verification and approval of names and establishment registration of various enterprises, as well as the engineering project construction planning and construction permitting, etc.
Administration By Law
  In strict compliance with the rules and adhering to the service aim of " administration by law, being open and transparent,offering high-quality service, and being convenient & highly efficient ", to implement the sunshine operation mode of "one-door acceptance, one-building handing, one-window fee collecting and one-stop service".
Standardized Service
  In strict execution of the " Six Case-Handling System " for the " case to be handled immediately, case having been promised,case to be coordinately handled, case to be urgently handled, case to be complementarily handled and case to be returned"; for the matters for multiple departments to review and approve, a " parallel review and approval " method shall be implemented, to attain the mode that once a department accepts the case, the other releted departments will be copied to for joint investigation and synchronized review and approval with the case being concluded within a scheduled time limit; for the cases that cannot be concluded on site, a sercice commitment system and a time-limiting conclusion system will be
practiced.
The Networking Service
  Central Website(http://www.wzxzfw.gov.cn) publicly undertakes the on-line application of the targets it serves; now there are 89 matters of 31 departments may carry out direct on-line application. At the same time the Central Website announces related policy information, publicizes conclusion of administrative matters, provides various document format tests for downloading, provides consultation service for businesses and accepts their complaints.
